Fees
IN-PERSON SESSIONS - $145
Treatment Session lasting 45 minutes (including follow-up with parents/ family).
Session clinician documented in the form of Progress Notes.
*Additional mileage fees may be charged depending on the location of the meeting. Please inquire for specific mileage fees.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS - $130
Virtual assessments, therapeutic intervention, and consultation.
“ZOOM” Therapy Session lasting ~ 45 minutes (including follow-up with parents/ family).
Clinical Documentation for the client in the form of Progress Notes.
Free of charge - “OT @ Home Bag” of resources (mailed to client’s home) to supplement virtual resources.
Virtual Sessions are available anywhere in ONTARIO.
Initial Parent Consult - $95
An introductionary conversation aimed to connect therapists and families and serves to gather more information about clients background and needs. The conversation aims to help identify areas of concern and discuss goals for intervention. The initial meeting is an informal introduction that will last between 30 minutes via phone or virtual medium.
ASSESSMENT - $145
Formal Assessment - Includes a formal evaluation of the client using evidence-based assessment materials. The results will be used to generate an assessment summary identifying the assessment performed, identified goals and therapy plan. A formal report containing assessment results, standardized scores (if applicable), observations and recommendations can be purchased for an additional fee of $150.
*Depending on client performance, an additional Formal Assessment Session might be necessary to obtain necessary information.
Recreational Services - $145
1-to-1 support to individuals looking to engage in recreational activities. Sessions are conducted in a community setting (i.e. community centres, arenas, playgrounds). Caregiver required for the duration of the session.

CanceLlation - $50
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any session that is cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled session time
