Fees

TREATMENT SESSIONS - $110*

Treatment Session fees include the following:

• Treatment Session lasting 45 minutes
• Follow-up Session with parents lasting 15 minutes
• Clinical Documentation for the client in the form of Progress Notes and a Formal Report

*Additional mileage fees may be charged depending on the location of the meeting. Please inquire for specific milage fees.

ASSESSMENT - $200

An assessment includes two sessions:

1. Meet & Greet - The first sessional will include an interview with the client and the client's family to identify areas of concern and discuss goals for intervention. The initial meeting is an informal introduction that will last between 30-45 minutes.
    
2. Formal Assessment - The second session will include a formal evaluation of the client using evidence-based assessment materials. The results will be used to generate an assessment summary identifying the assessment performed, identified goals and therapy plan. A formal report containing assessment results, standardized scores (if applicable), observations and recommendations can be purchased for an additional fee of $100. 

CanceLlation - $50

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any session that is cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled session time
