OT for Children?

For those that have never worked with an Occupational Therapist, it would be sensible to assume that we help adults who are experiencing work-based difficulties, hence the word "occupation" in our title. Although, there are many OTs that do spend their careers aiding individuals in the process of acquiring a job or returning to a job that one values, my focus as an OT is slightly different. I look at the occupations of children and young adults. But if children don't work what are their occupations?
