What do Play or Social Skills Issues look like:

  • Prefers playing alone

  • Prolonged fixated interest in particular toys

  • Difficulty taking turns or sharing with others

  • Difficulty engaging in reciprocal conversations

  • Problems staying on task

  • Avoids eye contact and refrains from initiating conversations

  • Constant switching between play activities or toys

  • Easily frustrated when a routine is changed

  • Difficulty finishing tasks or refusing to end an activity (ex. don’t want to stop)
